Causes of male impotence

If any of the nerves connecting to the penis does not function well it might activate the arteries and the veins in the penis to cause an erection. Injury to the nerves might occur as a result of any surgery that was undertaken on the prostate, rectum, urinary bladder, spine, and urethra and so on. Any disorder of the nervous system might also cause male impotence. People affected with diabetes are likely to suffer with such conditions. Almost 50 percent of those who are affected with diabetes are found to have male impotence.
Inadequate sexual hormone in the blood is another cause of male impotence. A person suffering from hormonal imbalance is likely to get erectile dysfunction. Other problems related to kidney and liver might also cause male impotence. The psychological factor is the last one that is to be considered as one of the cause of male impotence.
